We only collect the data required for school notifications:
- First and last names of parents or guardians.
- First and last names of students.
- The WhatsApp phone number used to receive notifications.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to send automated school notifications and receipts (payment receipts, report cards, alerts and school life information) through the official WhatsApp Cloud API. It is not used for any other purpose.
Retention and security
Your data is hosted on a secured infrastructure, with access restricted to authorised school staff. It is kept for the duration of the student's enrolment, then deleted.
No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Messages transit through WhatsApp (Meta) solely to be delivered to you.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Every request is handled within 48 business hours, with confirmation.
