User Data Deletion Instructions (Meta Data Deletion)
This page explains clearly how a user can request the deletion of the personal data collected by the school's WhatsApp notification service. Two methods are available.

Method 1: via WhatsApp
Simply reply "STOP" or "SUPPRIMER" in the school's official WhatsApp chat (+228 92 14 66 53 / +228 79 24 53 83).
Your number is removed from the distribution list and your associated data is purged.
Method 2: by e-mail
Send an e-mail to contact@ecolepriveelaiquelespoussinets.com with the subject "Suppression de données WhatsApp", stating the phone number concerned.
Processing time
Every request is processed within 48 business hours at most. A deletion confirmation is sent to you once the request is handled.
Data concerned
- Names of parents or guardians.
- Names of the students linked to the number.
- WhatsApp phone number.
